MobiFone's mSpace app store allows customers to download and use a diverse range of applications, spanning various categories such as entertainment, office, education, health, games, utility, and subscriber connectivity. These applications are categorized into sections such as top trending, latest releases, most downloaded, high-rated, and free apps, making it convenient and easy for customers to discover and use them.

To ensure that all subscribers have the opportunity to access this application supermarket, MobiFone provides three usage methods for mSpace: through the website, wapsite, and SMS, catering to different types of mobile phones. Customers can search, select, and purchase utility applications that are suitable for their needs.

Specifically, when customers access the wap page http://m.mspace.vn using their mobile phones, the system will automatically detect the phone number accessing it, allowing customers to easily select and download applications to their devices without the need to log into the system.

Not only does MobiFone focus on deploying the most attractive mobile applications, but it also calculates the service fees to be quite reasonable, with the goal of "making it accessible to all customer segments." The service fees for mSpace are calculated based on both the application content fee and the data download fee when downloading the applications to the mobile device.

With the current affordable mobile internet tariffs, especially when MobiFone offers unlimited mobile internet packages for only 40,000 VND/month (even lower at 20,000 VND/month for students), the data download fee is no longer a major obstacle. The pricing for mobile applications is also very reasonable. Currently, with a download/purchase/gift fee starting from 3,000 VND, customers can download and use a wide range of useful applications on mSpace.

Customers can also choose from exclusive and unique "hot" and "exclusive" applications available only on mSpace, which may come at a higher cost but are compatible with various phone models. The content fee is deducted immediately after the customer initiates the download or gifting command. For prepaid subscribers, the download/gifting fee is deducted from the main account balance.

Up until now, MobiFone has implemented HSPA+ technology to maximize uplink speeds of up to 21Mbps and minimum downlink speeds of 5.76Mbps across its entire network. The network provider's representative also revealed that in the future, mSpace will continue to be supplemented and updated with new utilities to maintain its position as the number one application store in the Vietnamese mobile market.
